Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Spicy Ginger Oil
- 2 bunches fresh spinach, washed and dried
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Heat ginger Oil over medium-high heat in a large pan.
- Add Spinach and sauté quickly until wilted and dry. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
- Variation with Pasta: For a light entrée, toss the spinach with 1/2 pound pasta, cooked al dente and 1/4 to 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
