Peachy Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 large peach, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons Hot & Spicy Mexican Dip Mix
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Great accompaniment with baked chicken.
