This mustard dressing is terrific tossed with cooked new potatoes and green beans or combined with cooked and cooled pasta with chunks of smoked meat, turkey or chicken. This dressing is delicious made with any of our mustard sauces; Vodka Infused Raspberry Thyme, Balsamic Basil, Lemon Myrtle-Dill, etc.
- 4 tablespoons Celestial Delights Mustard Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup light oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place mustard in a bowl and add oil slowly, whisking to make an emulsion.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well. The dressing can be refrigerated in a container for up to 1 week.
