Mango Papaya Salsa

This is a wonderful tropical salsa that goes well with chicken or fish. It even tastes great served with tortilla chips.


  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapeno & Cilantro Dip Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar


  1. In a medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Chill at least 30 minutes.
