- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Dill Dip Mix
- 2 tablespoons oil, divided
- 4 Salmon fillets, skinless
- Combine bread crumb, dip mix and 1 tbsp oil in a small bowl. Set aside
- Place salmon on a greased baking sheet.
- Rub remaining oil over salmon. Cover with crumb mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180 C) for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
