Crumb Crusted Salmon Bake


  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Dip Mix
  • 2 tablespoons oil, divided
  • 4 Salmon fillets, skinless


  1. Combine bread crumb, dip mix and 1 tbsp oil in a small bowl. Set aside
  2. Place salmon on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Rub remaining oil over salmon. Cover with crumb mixture.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180 C) for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
