Cowboy Steak


  • 1/4 pound top sirloin steak
  • Coffee BBQ Rub
  • Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Brush each side of the steak with oil.
  3. Rub 2 tbsp. of the coffee rub onto each side of each steak.
  4. Cook the steak until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip the steak over and cook for 2 minutes and then transfer to baking sheet and cook in the oven to medium doneness, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
