Provencal Marinated Feta Appetizers

5 oz block of firm feta cheese
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1/2 cup green olives, pitted
1/4 cup Celestial Delights Infused
Provencal Grapeseed Oil

Cut feta cheese into ½ inch cubes.
Combine feta cheese cubes, lemon zest, olives and Provencal grapeseed oil in a small bowl. Cover and marinate overnight.
Skewer marinated feta cheese cubes and olives alternatively onto toothpicks. Drizzle with marinade and serve.

Wonderful with the Hot Eastern Spice Oil or Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil.
