PEACHY MEXICAN SALSA


1 large ripe tomato, diced
¼ cup red onion
1 large peach, diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 tbsp. Hot & Spicy Mexican Dip Mix
2tsp.white wine vinegar

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Great accompaniment with baked chicken.
