This is a wonderful tropical salsa that goes well with chicken or fish. It even tastes great served with tortilla chips.
1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
1 papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
1 red pepper, seeded and iced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Jalapeno & Cilantro Dip Mix
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
In a medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Chill at least 30 minutes.
