1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Dill Dip Mix
2 tbsp. oil, divided
4 Salmon fillets, skinless
Combine bread crumb, dip mix and 1 tbsp oil in a small bowl. Set aside
Place salmon on a greased baking sheet. Rub remaining oil over salmon. Cover with crumb mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180 C) for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
