1 ¼ pound top sirloin steak
Coffee BBQ Rub

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Brush each side of the steak with oil. Rub 2 tbsp. of the coffee rub onto each side of each steak. Cook the steak until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip the steak over and cook for 2 minutes and then transfer to baking sheet and cook in the oven to medium doneness, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
