How to use a dip.
Combine 250ml (1 cup/8oz) sour cream or plain yogurt, 250ml (1 cup/8oz) mayonnaise and 2 tbsp dip mix. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hrs before serving. Substitute low fat sour cream / yogurt / mayonnaise for a healthier alternative.
Toasted Onion and Garlic Dip
Toasted onions give this dip a rich, nutty flavour you’ll be nuts about. Add the dry mix to pot roast, soups, meatloaf, meatballs, burgers and marinades; or use it as a dry grilling rub for steaks and burgers. Added with Asiago cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise and baked, it makes a wonderful hot dip.
