How to use a dip.
Combine 250ml (1 cup/8oz) sour cream or plain yogurt, 250ml (1 cup/8oz) mayonnaise and 2 tbsp dip mix. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hrs before serving. Substitute low fat sour cream / yogurt / mayonnaise for a healthier alternative.
Sundried Tomato & Basil Dip
This superb blend of sundried tomatoes, herbs and spices not only makes a fabulous dip but also a quick Italian marinade. Combine dip mix with oil and cover your meat and vegetables with the oil mixture and refrigerate before broiling or grilling. Add to mashed potatoes, hamburgers or use as a seasoning in stews, soups and salad dressings.
