How to use a dip.
Combine 250ml (1 cup/8oz) sour cream or plain yogurt, 250ml (1 cup/8oz) mayonnaise and 2 tbsp dip mix. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hrs before serving. Substitute low fat sour cream / yogurt / mayonnaise for a healthier alternative.
A favourite by far, our spinach dip speaks for itself. Great on chips, crackers, and veggies or as a bread dip. Add a can of drained, chopped water chestnuts for extra texture, or fold in a can of small shrimp, crab or minced clam. Sensational in mashed potatoes, soups and stews.
