How to use a dip.
Combine 250ml (1 cup/8oz) sour cream or plain yogurt, 250ml (1 cup/8oz) mayonnaise and 2 tbsp dip mix. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hrs before serving. Substitute low fat sour cream / yogurt / mayonnaise for a healthier alternative.
Jalapeño & Cilantro Dip
This unique, fresh-flavoured dip packs a spicy punch. Great for tacos, fajitas, burritos or tortillas chips. Can be added to diced tomatoes for a chunky salsa mix, which is sure to please. Add to softened cream cheese and crab and/or shrimp, top with a splash of lemon juice and serve as dip or sandwich spread.
