How to use a dip.
Combine 250ml (1 cup/8oz) sour cream or plain yogurt, 250ml (1 cup/8oz) mayonnaise and 2 tbsp dip mix. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hrs before serving. Substitute low fat sour cream / yogurt / mayonnaise for a healthier alternative.
The all time classic favourite! Not only is this a great dip mix, but sensational seasoning for mashed potatoes, stir-frys, soups and stews. Try this as a spice rub; excellent mixed with lemon juice and rubbed over a salmon steak. For an easy marinade, combine oil, lemon juice and dip mix, and pour over any fish or seafood, refrigerate and broil or grill after ½ hr.
