Chicken & Poultry Grilling Rub
Brush melted butter or oil over chicken or any other poultry. Sprinkle a generous amount and rub liberally over and into cavity if it is a whole chicken. Refrigerate for a few hours before cooking. Bake in the oven, rotisserie or on the Barbecue. This rub works very well with turkey, Cornish hens and other poultry.
