Infused Grapeseed Oils

Grapeseed oil has been a choice of many gourmet chefs around the world and is recognized as a heart healthy cooking oil.  It is high in antioxidants and Vitamin E.  It has about half the saturated fat of olive oil and has been known to raise HDL and LDL cholesterols.  Grapeseed oil is ideal for salad dressing, cooking, frying and baking, because its clean neutral taste allows the flavours of the food to stand out.  This oil has a high flash point or smoke point and therefore able to withstand high heat while cooking and will not burn as readily as other oils.

Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil:
Add a subtle garlic flavour to sautéed vegetables.  Great for adding to salad dressings, as dipping oils for breads and cheeses, marinades and bastes. A flavourful oil for drizzling over pizza or a favourite pasta.

The classic flavor from the Mediterranean. Add to any pasta or brush fish and vegetables before grilling. Use it with potatoes, mashed or roasted or as a base for a vinaigrette.  Delicious by itself, making this tasty oil ideal for dipping.
