1 lb. Asparagus (or your favorite vegetables)
1 tbsp. Light oil
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. Italian Sprutzzo Bread Dipper (shake well)

Snap off woody ends of asparagus and wash thoroughly. Brush on oil; season with salt and pepper. Place over grill over medium-high heat; turning once, for 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender-crisp. Remove from grill and place in shallow dish and sprinkle on Italian Sprutzzo and serve immediately.
