Canada is one of the largest producers of mustard seed; Saskatchewan produces about 90 per cent of the Canadian mustard. Most of Canada's mustard is exported the US and Europe.

Don’t be surprised to find Canadian mustard to be in French Dijon mustard. They put it in the bottle, but the product is from Canada.
