
An all purpose vinaigrette. Use for any green salad, or over grilled vegetables.
4 tbsp. Sweet Basil & Tomato Vinegar
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tsp. finely chopped shallots
1 cup light oil
Salt and pepper
Whisk together Sweet Basil Vinegar, Balsamic vinegar, garlic and shallots in a small bowl. Whisk in oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
